Quality Assurance
After controlling the quality of the products during the manufacturing processes though calibrated procedures. There comes the stage to set the limit between acceptability and refusal in a way that can be agreed upon by both the sides and is reliably measurable.
We employ the AQL quality assurance/Audit system where the acceptable levels are agreed at the time of order placement depending upon the end use and sensitivity of the product features(AQL 1.5%, 2.5% or 4%).

Stitching: More than 200 stitching machines across 2 production floors
Quilting: a combination of multi, needle, single needle and thread-less (Ultra-sonic) quilting machines
With the above dedicated production capacities we are able to produce a wide range of Sheet sets, Duvet cover sets, curtains (laminated blackout curtains), Quilted products, Bed in a bag, comforters, Mattress toppers, Pillow protectors, waterproof mattress protectors, Incontinence pads, Dobby and jacquard knitted jersey sheet sets, complete range of health care garments(hospital wear).
