Quality Assurance
After controlling the quality of the products during the manufacturing processes though calibrated procedures. There comes the stage to set the limit between acceptability and refusal in a way that can be agreed upon by both the sides and is reliably measurable.
We employ the AQL quality assurance/Audit system where the acceptable levels are agreed at the time of order placement depending upon the end use and sensitivity of the product features(AQL 1.5%, 2.5% or 4%).

Our production capacities are able to produce a wide range of Quilted products, Sheet sets, Duvet cover sets, curtains (laminated blackout curtains), Bed in a bag, comforters, Mattress toppers, Pillow protectors, waterproof mattress protectors, Incontinence pads, Dobby and jacquard knitted jersey sheet sets, complete range of healthcare garments(hospital wears).
